Budget carrier Frontier says delta variant drives bookings lower

Air journey bookings have weakened due to the fast-spreading delta variant of Covid-19 stated Frontier Airlines on Wednesday.

“Inside the final week, we’ve famous softening within the stage of bookings over seasonal norms that we consider is instantly associated to the elevated COVID-19 case numbers related to the Delta variant,” the service stated in its first quarterly assertion since going public earlier this spring. “The affect of the Delta variant on bookings, and the length of that affect, are troublesome to foretell.”
