Tencent‘s WeChat has resumed registrations of recent customers in mainland China, after suspending them final month to improve its safety know-how.

The resumption of recent consumer registrations on China’s dominant prompt messaging platform was first noticed by social media customers on Thursday morning.

Tencent confirmed the resumption however declined to offer additional remark.

Customers on China’s Twitter-like Weibo platform mentioned that steps to register a brand new account on the app gave the impression to be the identical as earlier than the suspension.
