5 Real Estate Consequences of the National Association of Realtors Settlement


Recently, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) agreed to a landmark $418 million settlement. One analyst, Jaret Seiberg, claims that these figures “should lead to commissions falling 25% to 50%, which we view as benefiting online real estate brokers.”
