Where To Find The Arrow’s Soaring Sting Talisman
The Talisman’s Exact Location
To get the Arrow’s Soaring Sting, you will want to enter Fog Rift Fort from the Scadu Altus, West Site of Grace. This can be done by platforming down the cliff to the fort, getting through the enemies, and taking a ladder, a bridge, and a second ladder to get to a chest resting on top of one of the towers. Inside that chest is the Talisman you are here for. After that, you can leave to go to the next Site of Grace or hurry to a safer location.

The Perfect Bow Build

The main thing to recognize when using this one is that the Arrow’s Soaring Sting cannot be used at the same time as the Arrow’s Reach Talisman . However, it can be used in conjunction with the regular Arrow’s Sting Taliman, allowing you to buff arrow damage by a fair amount.
Arrow’s Reach and Arrow’s Sting increase the range and attack damage, respectively, so those opting for a truly ranged build will still want these

equipped over the newer one. Most, however, will go for the extra damage instead.
The actual Arrow’s Soaring Sting Talisman gives you a +10% bonus to arrow damage, and with both Sting Talisman equipped, you can be at a bonus of +18%. This can give you a major advantage in any ranged situation with your bow in Elden Ring.
