The movie, which was written and directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, is a Hindi-language outing that stars Lakshya as Amrit, an army commando whose attempt to prevent his girlfriend’s arranged marriage is derailed when the train he is riding is besieged by a violent gang, against whom he must fight back and help defend the rest of the passengers. Positive Kill reviews first started pouring in after the movie’s premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2023.
