Love Island USA season 6 episode 31 saw the Islanders dealing with a couple biting the dust and a challenge where the goal was to get their heart rates up before on familiar Bombshell entered the villa. Throughout Love Island USA season 6, the Islanders have been doing their best to create connections that they hope will last outside of the villa. For some, like Serena Page and Kordell Beckham, their relationships have lasted since the very beginning of the season and seem to be moving forward. For others, like Rob Rausch and Daniela Ortiz Rivera, things may not continue.
The other couples, Aaron Evans & Kaylor Martin, Kendall Washington & Nicole Jacky, Kenny Rodriguez & JaNa Craig, Harrison Luna & Sierra Mills, and Miguel Harich & Leah Katb, have all been doing their best to get to know each other in the short time they have available to them in the villa. Serena And Kordell’s Relationship Continued To Strengthen
Although Aaron and Kaylor chose to define their relationship in the previous episode of Love Island USA season 6 after some difficulties, Serena and Kordell weren’t necessarily on the same page. Kordell shared that he was excited for what was to come for the pair outside of the villa, and while Serena agreed, she explained she didn’t want to make things official while they were still on camera. She shared she was happy to feel their connection strengthening from day to day, but wanted their discussion around moving to the next level to happen in private, making it more meaningful.
Rob Broke Things Off With Daniela After His Feelings Weren’t As Strong As Hers
After a tough time throughout Love Island USA season 6, Rob knew things in the villa were only going to get tougher when he chose to end his relationship. During the last episode, Rob shared that he wasn’t sure that his feelings for Daniela were as strong as her feelings for him, and as viewers, the Love Island USA was able to see that he was right. Daniela was excited about the future, while Rob couldn’t envision something long-term. Rob pulled Daniela for a chat, sharing that he didn’t want to hurt her, but didn’t want to string her alon.
The Heart Rate Challenge Saw The Islanders Heating Up
Waiting for it all season, the Islanders were excited to take part in the heart rate challenge. Wearing sultry costumes, the goal of the challenge was for each Islander to try to get each other’s heart rate as high as possible, by any means possible. Dancing and grinding on each other, making sexually charged comments and jokes, and doing their best to tease one another in front of everyone, the Islanders went one by one through the challenge and did their best to get the villa’s heart racing. Overall, the boys took home the challenge, but the results were close.
Season 5’s Kassy Castillo Returned To The Villa For Another Shot At Love
While many Love Island USA season 6 viewers are confused by the decision to bring her back, Love Island USA season 5’s Kassy Castillo joined the villa at the end of the challenge as a brand-new Bombshell. Kassy, who was known for her relationships with Leo Dionicio last season, is single, ready to mingle, and had the opportunity to introduce herself to the guys with a turn at the heart rate challenge. While there’s no word on who Kassy will couple up with, Love Island USA teased a shocking elimination next episode, leaving two couples cut from the villa.

Living temporarily in paradise on a secluded island, the contestants of the American adaptation of the British reality competition series Love Island are brought together for a chance at winning $100,000. Referred to as Islanders, participants are placed in couples and attempt to build a relationship with their partner, with an opportunity to re-couple later in the show. Those who remain single when a coupling event occurs will be eliminated, as well as through a voting system or even flash elimination events as determined by the show’s producers.
