There are multiple ways to get Togetic in Pokémon GO and a couple of requirements to have it evolve into Togekiss. How To Get Togetic In Pokémon GO
Evolve Togepi & Random Encounters
The quickest way to get Togetic in Pokémon GO is to evolve a Togepi by spending 25 Togepi Candy. It can also appear as a rare random spawn on the game’s map, but since Togepi can hatch from 2KM Eggs, it’s far easier to hatch multiples of the Spike Ball Pokémon and build up the Candy reward you get from each Egg.
You can farm extra Togepi Candy by having it walk with you as your Buddy or by transferring any Togepi you don’t need to Professor Willow.
Once you have the 25 Candy necessary, simply go to your favorite Togepi’s summary page and select the “Evolve” option. Finally, select “Yes” to confirm, and you’ll have your own Togetic. You can also get Togetic spawns by looking about for game events centered around the Happiness Pokémon and its evolutionary line, such as the Spring into Spring event in Pokémon GO back in 2022 or the Togetic Community Day in 2023.

Candy With A Sinnoh Stone
Players can evolve Togetic into Togekiss in Pokémon GO by using a Sinnoh Stone and 100 Togepi Candy. Similar to evolving Togepi, go into your chosen Togetic’s menu, select the “Evolve” option, and then confirm. The big difference to the mainline games here is the Sinnoh Stone requirement, whereas a Shiny Stone would normally be required, but has been switched in to cover the large amount of Gen 4 evolutions.

As long as you focus on hatching 2KM Eggs to farm Togepi Candy and get a Sinnoh Stone, you’ll get a Togetic to evolve into Togekiss and add a strong Fairy-type to your Pokémon GO team.
