In October 2019, Loren and Alexei revealed they were expecting their first baby together. Loren was excited because they had conceived the baby in Israel. They had their first baby moon in Mexico. The baby was due in Spring 2020 and “Baby Brov” made his debut on April 4, 2020, a little bit earlier than expected. Loren and Alexei had a second child on August 16, 2021. Shai was 16 months old when “Babyboten” was born. Meanwhile, Alexei and Loren’s sons Shai was two and Asher was 12 months old when the couple had their third baby together on September 6, 2022.

Loren’s first baby had arrived a month earlier than it was meant to and Loren’s first trimester wasn’t easy for her. Her baby boy was born with a true knot. It is a condition in which a knot forms in the baby’s umbilical cord. Loren was on a magnesium drip, and Shai was in NICU. Loren and Alexei weren’t allowed inside the ICU because of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions at the time. Loren couldn’t see her baby for a whole day after birth. However, things became more serious during and after her second pregnancy.

Ariel, who is their first and only daughter, was also born premature and had to spend several weeks in the NICU. There was a chance Loren could have lost their baby, since being born so early could have had scary consequences. Ariel was in the NICU for almost two months. Loren used to be criticized for not sharing any pictures of the baby or providing an update about the little one. On October 28, 2022, Loren and Alexei’s third baby was finally home, as the couple announced, “Brovarnik’s, party of 5 … all under 1 roof!” in an Instagram post.

While Loren already had more than a million Instagram followers, she hadn’t made content creation a full-time job until recently. Loren previously worked for a corporation as an executive administrative assistant. She quit her job after she welcomed her second baby because her employer was extremely unsupportive. After Asher got out of the NICU, Loren’s office people weren’t enforcing masks in the workplace even during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Loren’s employer also refused to give her a flexible new schedule as a working mother. She also drove an hour each way.

Even though her ultimate plan was to undergo surgery to lose weight, Loren had started working out quite aggressively within just weeks of having her third baby. Loren dropped over 12 pounds within seven months and showed her followers how she did it. Loren often posted selfies and videos from the gym as she posed in front of the mirror with her trainer. In May 2023, Loren posted a video showing her doing the battle rope exercise while he wasn’t wearing the right shoes, and her daughter was crawling around on the floor in the dangerous video Loren posted.

In September 2024, Loren decided to slam the critics who were body-shaming her children on Instagram. Loren shared a post featuring pictures of her and Alexei with Shai, 4, Asher, 3, and Ariel, 2. A troll replied to Loren on the post with a rude comment, “Those kids are getting so big,” before adding, “watch all the junk food.” The person added that fat is hard to lose and that Loren should keep her kids healthy because otherwise the children “might end up… a little chubby.” Loren took screenshots of the comments and posted them on her Stories.

She added that she and Alexei were the parents and “not you.” Loren wrote that they knew what was best for the kids before adding, “Thanks.” Loren has chosen to document every moment of her kids’ lives on social media, starting from the birth announcement to, now, videos of them getting their first haircuts but as she mentioned, she’ll never let trolls comment on her parenting.
