ABSA make an effort to enage directly with as many Debt Counsellors as possible as often as possible.
One of their initiatives is to hold quarterly workshops with Debt Counsellors to keep them abreast of development plans and new automation features on ABSAs system.
These workshops are held online over MS Teams and the date of the next one has been announced as:
