  • Angela needs to find hair products that add moisture and reduce frizz, and consider a haircut to save her damaged hair.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Angela Deem is showcasing one terrible hair makeover after another since her weight-loss transformation. Angela lost weight to look young for her younger husband, Michael Ilesanmi. She underwent a gastric bypass procedure along with liposuction and breast reduction and lost more than 100 pounds. Angela currently weighs 149 pounds but never really impressed Michael, who didn’t pay her any attention after the weight loss and left her after he came to the U.S. Angela didn’t give up trying.

Her go-to formula to look young has been to use filters that appear on her face as a mask in her videos. Angela’s obsession with her looks and weight loss has somehow added to her insecurities because she’s still not confident. Michael cheating on her with a younger woman may have added to Angela’s woes, but while she can’t get a facelift due to her smoking, she resorts to experimenting with her hair. Angela is a natural brunette as proved by her high school pictures, and she also has curly hair which she’s straightened out and fried in the process.

Angela Deem’s “Elton John” Sunglasses & Fried Hair Were A Look

Angela Needs To Get Her Damaged Hair Repaired Stat

While Elton John crafted an iconic look through his eyewear, the rhinestone-encrusted sunglasses were not meant to be worn by Angela. Especially with the hair she sported in a recent video as she lipsynced “In The Air Tonight” by Phil Collins. For the first time in forever, Angela did not use filters on her face in a video, probably because she had full makeup on. However, whoever was Angela’s hair stylist for the day didn’t do anything to make her hair look less fried.

Angela needs to look for products that could add moisture to her hair and reduce frizz by strengthening it. However, it doesn’t look like she’s ever going to stop bleaching it and making it drier and more brittle. Angela had resorted to wearing wigs to hide her damaged hair. One of them is a crimped hair ponytail wig she often sports in her social media videos. While Angela wishes to add volume to her hair, she could use a less dated style of ponytail extensions. Perhaps Angela should turn to Miona Bell for advice and get a brand collaboration.

Angela’s Old School Look Is Aging Her

In April 2023, Angela posted a video captioned, “no caption needed.” She posed with her friend Jennifer Di Landro with whom she had a nasty physical fight in August that year. Angela and Jennifer appeared to have headed out for an event with the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star sporting voluminous blonde curls and shorter hair. Although it was a refreshing style after her disastrous crimped hair look, it was still too old school for Angela, who was trying too hard to look young. She could try switching back to being a brunette for it to work.

Angela’s hair has undoubtedly been damaged beyond repair from over-bleaching and excessive use of heat-styling products. Switching back to her original hair color and letting her luscious curls grow out might actually do Angela some good. Angela has aged beyond her years and fans sometimes wonder if she’s really in her late 50s. The quality of her hair adds years to Angela’s face. Deep conditioning, oiling up, and getting a short, stylish, pixie cut might make Angela not only look her age but also help her locks grow back, stronger and healthier.
