Another Broken Egg Café, the next-gen casual restaurant bringing its artisanal flare to the brunch category, is ecstatic to announce the opening of four new locations as we turn the calendar into 2022. Loving fans can now enjoy the cafe’s delicious chef-inspired brunch fare in Gilbert, Arizona; Columbus and Sandusky, Ohio; as well as Port Orange, Florida.

Located in the popular dining, shopping, and entertainment center in the lively Phoenix suburb, franchise owners Steve Christensen and Reid Richards are thrilled to be the go-to brunch destination for fans in the area. Bringing extensive multi-unit ownership and operations experience, Steve and Reid have years of expertise to help Another Broken Egg Cafe grow in Arizona.
In addition to our new location in Arizona, recent Columbus and Sandusky openings bring the total number of cafes in Ohio up to seven, spanning from the northern to southern regions within the state. The two new Ohio openings will be operated by Morning Chef LLC, the operator group of four locations in the region. Building off of strong growth in their markets, Morning Chef is thrilled to expand their scope in the Ohio region they know best. Continuing with the commitment to expand corporate-owned units, Another Broken Egg Cafe is excited to open its 21st Florida location and grow into the Port Orange market.
Featuring a menu of fresh made southern favorites like Cinnamon Roll French Toast and Shrimp ‘N Grits, Another Broken Egg Cafe creates an atmosphere designed to elevate the guest brunch experience. With hours of 7 a.m to 2 p.m, waitlists are routinely filling up for operators in all markets.

To meet with growing demand, Another Broken Egg Cafe is rolling out new prototypes bringing a warm and modernized environment to create a “next-gen casual” experience for brunch fans across the country. New off-premise dining initiatives focusing on delivery and carryout create flexibility for guests – and additional revenue streams for new and existing operators.
