90 Day: The Single Life alum Josh Weinstein is taking advantage of the fame his fling with Natalie Mordovtseva afforded him. 90 Day: The Single Life viewers were first introduced to Josh in season 2, which was the first season Natalie had appeared in. Natalie had come to America on the K-1 visa in 90 Day Fiancé season 8, and she married Mike Youquist. However, Natalie left Mike and moved to Florida after just six months of marriage and started her journey as a single woman. Natalie and Josh met at a modeling event run by Josh.
The 90 Day Fiancé franchise has introduced viewers to many different side characters over the years who have become prominent in the franchise in their own right, and Josh is one of them. 90 Day: The Single Life has been the spinoff platform that many of those characters have landed. Before the 90 Days alum, Tim Malcolm’s ex-fiancé Veronica Rodriguez landed on the spinoff, as did Patrick Mendes’ brother John McManus. It’s a show that brings relevancy to people who would have likely faded into 90 Day Fiancé history if it weren’t for the spinoff, like Natalie’s ex Josh.

Josh & Natalie’s Relationship Explained
Josh & Natalie Were Never Official
Natalie was immediately smitten by Josh when she met him at the modeling event. From there, Josh asked her out and the pair went on a golf date. Natalie was upset to learn that Josh had two kids with two different baby mommas but decided to continue dating him. Natalie grew frustrated with Josh because he didn’t have enough time for her between living in Arizona, and LA, and traveling to other places for work. In 90 Day: The Single Life season 3, Natalie visited Josh in LA, but she ended up having several huge meltdowns over Josh’s lack of time and commitment to her. In one meltdown, Natalie claimed that Josh used her for sex.
“For me sex is serious.”
Natalie realized that dating Josh and him being non-committed was bad for her but she continued to torture herself and continue seeing him. In 90 Day: The Single Life season 4, Natalie’s mom moved to America thanks to help from Mike, and the mother-daughter duo set out to LA to move there permanently. Natalie revealed that she relied on Josh to support her financially. Josh gave Natalie a car, helped her find work, and an apartment, however, he would not call Natalie his girlfriend or take her to see where he lived in Arizona.
In the finale episode of season 4, Natalie decided to end things with Josh because she always got a lot of the same with him, which was very little (via ET.) At the season 4 Tell All, Natalie revealed that she and Josh had slept together the night before, despite her better judgment. They also left the Tell All together after Mike served Natalie divorce papers.
Josh Is Using Natalie To Stay On TV
Josh Seeed To Have A Strategy
Josh seems to be keeping Natalie on the hook to continue appearing in more seasons of 90 Day: The Single Life.
Natalie is Josh’s ticket to TV airtime and reality fame.
He keeps her interested by exploiting her financial vulnerabilities and he calculatingly creates chaotic storylines that the 90DF network will want to keep picking up. The longer Josh keeps Natalie in his life romantically, the longer his 90 Day Fiancé fame could last and all that comes with it.
Josh Showcased His Modeling Company
He Was Promoting His Business
Josh took the opportunity of the using the 90 Day Fiancé platform Natalie gave him to promote his modeling business. He already got free press because Natalie went to his modeling event initially, and since then he has gone out of his way to name his business endeavors and reach. Josh boasts about his success and the fact that he is around beautiful women for work.
Josh’s business and business partners have been featured on the show, which means that Josh’s modeling services now have a wider audience. On Instagram, Josh touts both his “CEO/FOUNDER” status with his modeling company and his appearance in 90 Day: The Single Life. Without 90 Day Fiancé boosting him, Josh would be relatively unknown and his business would need organic growth instead of growth by TV recognition.
Josh Hangs Out With Other 90 Day Fiancé Clout Chasers
He Is Trying To Stay Relevant
Perhaps the most obvious way Josh is taking advantage of his
90 Day Fiancé
fame is by hanging out with other franchise alums to further his agenda.
Recently, Josh has partnered up with Before the 90 Days alum Kimberly Menzies’ son Jamal Menzies, and 90 Day Fiancé season 10 alum Rob Warne. The boys were spotted clubbing in both Texas and New Orleans over the last few months. Jamal is known to be a The Single Life clout chaser, having tried to maintain his relevance by dating Veronica Rodriguez.
Rob is currently starring in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8, making him the current star of the trio and grabbing more attention for them because of it. Rob was also recently down in Colombia with Josh and the pair, along with a few other men, make a boy band sing along video that got mixed reviews but did serve to get attention put on them. By hanging out with known clout chasers, Josh is furthering his agenda without even needing Natalie.
It doesn’t seem like Josh is going anywhere. In fact, it seems like he’s doing everything in his power to maintain his time in the spotlight. Josh knows the power he has over Natalie, and he could easily woo her back and the pair could spend more time on 90 Day: The Single Life or even 90 Day: The Last Resort. Either way, Josh is a tactical clout chaser who has sharpened his skills at maintaining hold of the spotlight. Now that Josh has made a name for himself in the franchise, he will likely have more opportunities to continue appearing.
