Thus, his acknowledgment that “the fail point of [his] shoulder hasn’t changed.” In addition to this inner monologue, the comic’s art vividly depicts Nightwing’s shoulder popping out of place, accompanied by the onomatopoeia “POP.” With his shoulder out of commission, both he and KGBeast plummet three stories to the ground, where a parked car breaks their fall. This underscores the enduring truth that, despite all the upgrades the Bat-Family bestows upon their gadgets, the limitations of the human body remain a formidable obstacle.
