How To Get More Sinnoh Stones In Pokémon GO

There Are A Few Methods

With so many Pokémon requiring a Sinnoh Stone to reach their final evolution, it’s important to know how to get them. One method is to earn a Research Breakthrough by completing a Field Research task on seven separate days. On the seventh day, you’ll earn a Research Breakthrough, which rewards you with a Pokémon encounter as well as some random items, one of which could be a Sinnoh Stone.

You’ll also have a chance of earning a Sinnoh Stone by winning battles against other Trainers in the Pokémon GO Battle League and collecting rewards. Another method is to defeat Team GO Rocket Leaders Cliff, Sierra, or Arlo. To find them, you’ll need to battle Team GO Rocket Grunts at PokéStops and collect six of the Mysterious Components they drop as a reward.

Finally, certain Field Research, Timed Research, or Special Research tasks will offer a Sinnoh Stone as a reward for completing them, but these are event-specific, so it’s not very helpful if you don’t have one available right now. However you hunt down Sinnoh Stones in Pokémon GO, it’s going to take a while to collect enough to evolve all of the Pokémon that require one.

Mamoswine Should Be Your First Evolution

If you’ve only got a few Sinnoh Stones in your inventory, you might be wondering which Pokémon to use them on first. The best option is Mamoswine, as it’s one of the top Ground-type attackers and Ice-type attackers for Raid Battles. If it’s a Rock-type attacker you’re after, you can’t get much better than Rhyperior, while Honchkrow is an excellent Flying-type attacker.

Weavile and Roserade are also great in their respective typings, so there are quite a few options available to fill any gaps you might have in your collection of Raid attackers. There aren’t as many standouts for the Pokémon GO Battle League, but one evolution that does stand head and shoulders above the rest is Lickilicky, which is a surprise pick for the Ultra League.
