Every 3 months, all registered Debt Counsellors have to hand in reports of all their recent statistics to the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
Interestingly Debt Counsellors also capture these same stats in incremements each week on the NCR’s online database called NCR Debt Help. The system is currently unable to compile these stats into the Form 42 format for Debt Counsellors to submit automatically. At present most Debt Counsellors who use software from the various PDAs use these software platforms to help compile the stats.
The 1st Quarter reports, which now need to be compiled and submitted, cover the time period from 01 January 2024 – 31 March 2024 and are due on or before the 15th of May.
