Paramount+ is celebrating its birthday by giving viewers a little gift.
Until March 7, the streaming service formerly known as CBS All Access is offering a discount of 80% off your first three months.
The deal is available to both new and former subscribers, but not current subscribers. It is also not available in conjunction with the free trial or an annual plan. Viewers can choose between two options:
- Essential monthly plan: $1/month for the first three months (normally $4.99/month)
- Premium monthly plan: $2/month for the first three months (normally $9.99/month)
After the first three months, customers will be billed the regular price.
To get this deal, sign up at Paramount+ using promo code BIRTHDAY.
Essential versus Premium
Besides the price, the main difference between the two Paramount+ plans is that Premium does not have commercials, while Essential does.
Premium also includes your local live CBS station, while Essential does not.
Both plans enable you to stream more than 30,000 TV shows and movies from the following channels:
- BET
- CBS
- Comedy Central
- MTV
- Nickelodeon
- Nick Jr.
- Paramount Pictures
- Smithsonian Channel
Both plans also give you access to Paramount+ originals like “1883” and “Star Trek: Discovery.”
