A fourth tip involves careful handling of multiple offers; Realtors should send the same counteroffer to all bidders concurrently, and present responses impartially to the seller.
House listings should be presented realistically and directly for buyers as well as sellers, and Realtors should be ever mindful of fair housing statutes to avoid legal complications.
Finally, Realtors have a responsibility to ensure the client is ultimately in control of the transaction.
