The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom

One of your helpful abilities in Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is the Swordfighter Form that you can upgrade to make even better. Your Swordfighter Form gives you several different abilities, and all of these can be upgraded separately. This will help you as you adventure through Hyrule, trying to save both the kingdom and rescue Link.

Whether you are looking to get more heart pieces in Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom or looking to make yourself stronger in another way, you will become more powerful throughout the game to take on stronger and stronger foes. You can get more echoes, upgrade those echoes, and get stronger powers. Even Tri will continue to level up throughout the story, allowing you to use even more power.

How To Upgrade Swordfighter Form

Take A Trip To Lueberry’s House In Central Hyrule

Your Swordfighter Form is going to be one of the most crucial gameplay elements you use to navigate the world. It’s your only real way of entering combat without using echoes to attack for you. As you upgrade it and add new skills, you will be able to fight with a sword, use a bow, and send out bombs. The downside is that you can only use this form as long as your Energy Gauge is full.

Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom Finally Brought Back This Small Link Detail

The main cast in Zelda games have received various design changes depending on the setting for each game, and a small Link detail has returned.

To upgrade not only the Energy Gauge, but also the rest of the different parts of the Swordfighter Form, you will need to make your way to Lueberry’s House. It is in Central Hyrule and you will be directed to go there after you finish your first main story dungeon. There will be a fair amount of important characters that head there as the story continues, but it is Lueberry who will upgrade your Swordfighter Form.

To upgrade the Swordfighter Form, you will have to find Might Crystals. You will get a fair number of these just from progressing the story. But if you want to make sure you find all of them, check out Austin John Plays’ YouTube video. There is a reward for finding every single one, but to be perfectly honest, it is not that helpful as it provides a way to refill your Energy Gauge, but only at Lueberry’s House and near the end of the game. Finding enough to finish upgrading your abilities is likely all you need.

All Swordfighter Upgrades & How Much They Cost

The Final Forms

There are a fair number of various upgrades, and they will each cost a number of Might Crystals. The first two you have access to will be the Energy Gauge and the Sword, which are explained below.

The Energy Gauge

This is your main source of energy and allows you to use your powers throughout the game. While smoothies in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom can refill your energy, you will still want this upgrade quite quickly as it is going to be your priority for improving your chances.

The Sword

The Sword you will find in Suthorn Ruins. You will not get any extra abilities with your Sword, but it will become more powerful. This will let you finish off enemies and bosses in Echoes of Wisdom faster than before, which is another high priority for Zelda.

The Bow

The Bow you will find after completing the Gerudo Sanctum in Echoes of Wisdom but this one has a difference in ability. The first upgrade will actually let you fire off three arrows at once and target an enemy, and the second upgrade will give you more power.

The Bombs

You can find the Bomb ability in the Eldin Temple. Likewise, the first upgrade of the Bomb ability will allow you to turn your bombs into Bombchus. This will allow you to do some creative explosive work as you navigate around Hyrule.

After you have done all of this, you will have all the strength from your Swordfighter Form that you want. This will allow you to handle tougher enemies. Don’t forget to return to Lueberry’s House periodically so that you are continuing to level up with the story difficulty. That way you are well prepared to enter your Swordfighter Form in Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.
