Wills & Memorandums of Personal Property: What Happens After You Die?

What is a will? A will is a document that explains what happens to your assets at the time of your death. Basically it plans out who gets what and when they get it.

Of course, everyone needs a will because what you want and what the government does with your assets at the time of your death are two completely different things; this is why everyone should at least have a will.

We also suggest that you have a memorandum of personal property; a simple agreement that tells exactly how you want your non-titled assets (weapons, rings, china, etc) treated when you die. This can relief a lot of pain and problems within your family after you are gone.
