Inclusion Solutions Incorporated (ISC) launches a people-powered alternative to fading DEI programs, starting with Black moms at the center of the movement

Black Moms Can

Nationwide — As corporations slash Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) budgets, one Black-owned public benefit company is making sure the movement doesn’t stall — it’s shifting the power to the people, starting with Black mothers.

Inclusion Solutions Incorporated (ISC), founded by community advocate and author Lee F. Cameron, is placing its flagship Black Moms Can (BMC) Network front and center. The program transforms everyday Black women into paid micro-influencers, trusted product testers, and authentic brand ambassadors for top companies, ensuring that Black moms are not just the target audience but also the owners and income-earners in the campaigns that shape culture.

“When major corporations backed away from DEI, we stepped up,” says Cameron. “Black moms have always been at the heart of our communities. With Black Moms Can, they now have direct access to brand partnerships, income streams, and the economic recognition they’ve always deserved.”

Through the Black Moms Can Network, participants get training, brand collaborations, and opportunities to monetize their influence — even without a massive social media following. This model ensures that the women who guide household purchasing decisions are the same women benefiting financially from corporate marketing spend.

While Black Moms Can is the core of ISC’s mission, the company also operates complementary initiatives that expand its equity-driven impact:

• Youth NIL Services – Guiding student-athletes and families through the $2.8 billion NCAA backpay settlement and Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities.

• Wellness & Caregiving Division – Led by “Vitamin M” (Merrill Littleberry), offering health coaching and digital tools for elder caregivers and single mothers.

• AI Training & Access Equity – Providing pathways into AI technology and ownership for communities often excluded from tech revolutions.

Call to Action:

ISC invites brands, investors, and community members to join this movement by:

• Partnering with ISC to authentically reach Black audiences through influencer and research campaigns

• Sponsoring Black Moms Can programs in local communities

• Supporting ISC’s $2.5M capital raise to grow opportunities for underserved families

• Joining the ISC member network at InclusionSolutionsConsulting.com
