They engaged in multi-brand retail selling of Smartphones and allied accessories from manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Realme, Nokia, Vivo, Xiaomi, Redmi, and Oneplus.

They are also engaged in multi-brand retail selling of consumer durable electronics goods like Smart TVs. They are operating our business under the brand name Cell Point India Pvt Ltd. Presently They are operating 75 stores across the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Objects of the Issue:

  • Repayment of certain borrowings;
  • Repairs and Renovation of existing retail outlets & setting of new retail outlets;
  • To meet the Working Capital requirements;
