Good, Bad, and Other News!

Good, Bad, and Other News! - August 2022

The U.S. summer of ‘22 began peacefully enough, with 2½ years of Covid receding in the rearview mirror. Yet midway through, as many had predicted, a new variation appeared – more contagious, but apparently less deadly. Then came monkeypox (seriously??). Baby formula shortages. Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine. Congressional hearings on the Jan. 6 insurrection (or whatever you want to call it). What’s next? Is this the future we’ll all have to get used to? If you’re not doing it already, send us your news here and see it next month in this newsletter!
