Tutorial on how to upload a Clearance Certificate to the VCCB Portal

When a consumer has paid off their debts then a Debt Counsellor will issue what is called a clearance certificate (Form 19).

This clearance certificate is a way for consumers to prove that they have successfully completed their debt review and are ready to re-enter the credit market. it is the end goal of every person who begins debt review.
