Well known, local Kansas City, Missouri business entrepreneur is expanding his portfolio with the addition of 6 Wayback Burgers. All of the restaurants will be attached to 6 new gas stations/convenience stores he is currently opening located where Missouri and Kansas connect. With over 30 years in the burger and fast casual industry this will be the 35th state Wayback Burgers operates in.  The first Missouri restaurant is expected to open this (summer/fall/winter?). 

Eddie Musallet is opening these in addition to his current business portfolio which includes two other food concepts, 13 cellphone stores, 24 gas stations and 5 supermarkets. When deciding Wayback Burgers was the best fit for his new gas stations Eddie said, “I was impressed, loved the burgers, they were fresh, and I like happy customers and I think customers will like it.”
