From first-time buyers to high-end residential clients, and laterally to commercial real estate, the company is one of America’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage networks. Recent News

The company announced in March of 2022, its further expansion in the state of New Jersey with the addition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Jordan Baris Realty. This addition marks the brand’s continued growth in the Northeast region with its 59th network location in the state. Baris’ firm serves both luxury and residential clients in 9 counties. This move adds another 111 real estate professionals to the BHHS network.

ChristyBudnick

Christy Budnick is President and CEO of BHHS. Before assuming this role, Budnick served as president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, one of the most respected real estate firms throughout Northeast Florida.

She began her career with Bank of America, advancing to become CEO of Florida Network Realty. She was instrumental in the company emerging as one of the Top 25 companies in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

Budnick is a member of the JAX Chamber and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, a supporter of The Donna Foundation and the Wolfson Children’s Hospital of Jacksonville, and other charitable organizations. Back in 2019, Budnick was recognized as a Women of Influence honoree by the Jacksonville Business Journal. She is listed in the 2021 Swanepoel Power 200 ranking the 200 most powerful and influential executives and leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry.
