Metro Boomin’s Civil Rape Trial To Begin Next Month

Metro Boomin‘s civil rape trial is scheduled to begin next month after he failed to come to terms on a settlement with the alleged victim, Vanessa LeMaistre.

LeMainstre claims that she was sexually assaulted and impregnated by the producer back in 2016 and originally filed her suit against Metro in 2024.

In the suit, she claims she took a xanax and blacked out in the producer’s studio and that she later woke up to find Metro sexually assaulting her.

The producer has vehemently denied the claims and through his attorneys has called the lawsuit a “complete shakedown”.

The two parties attended mediation to try and come to a settlement which was ultimately unsuccessful with Metro also accused of hindering the discovery process.

Metro has admitted that the two did have a sexual relationship but that it was entirely consensual.

On the music front, Metro recently hit out at fans for not feeling his new mixtape A Futuristic Summa.

Taking to X, Metro hit back at fans over their comments: “A lot of y’all get no bitches and it shows. This mixtape is not for you if you don’t: Like to twerk (or get twerked on), Want to dance, Want to have fun, Party like a rockstar, Surf & swag.”

Continuing his rant, Metro said: “If you never went out and competed with ya boys to see who could get the most numbers then you might wanna sit this one out.

“If yo homeboy never had to hold you up in the teen party while u was getting twerked on then you might wanna sit this one out.”

He continued to criticize his own fans by saying: “If you never intentionally wore your clothes with the tags still on then you might wanna sit this one out. If you started listening to rap music in 2017 then you might wanna sit this one out. If you never had to write a number down period then you might wanna sit this one out.”

A Futuristic Summa also failed to catch on with listeners as it debuted outside of the top 20 on the Billboard 200, the lowest charting project of Metro’s otherwise glowing career.
