Crystal Mestres-Bishop

Nationwide — Crystal Mestres-Bishop, a proud Afro-Latina real estate agent and licensed mortgage loan officer based in New Jersey, is making waves in the housing industry — all while being a devoted wife and mom of three. Over the past 10 months, she has helped 32 families successfully purchase or refinance their homes, proving that her passion for real estate is matched only by her dedication to the people she serves.

At 37, Crystal is the Founder and Branch Director of REALO Pros, a powerhouse team of dually licensed real estate and mortgage professionals operating in all 50 states. Her team specializes in expert financing solutions, down payment assistance, and bridging the gap between realtors and lenders to bring transparency and efficiency to every transaction. She’s not only guiding families toward homeownership but also mentoring fellow real estate professionals to strengthen and grow their businesses.

The daughter of a Dominican immigrant mother, Crystal learned early the value of hard work and resilience. Licensed as a Realtor in New York in 2015 and now practicing in New Jersey, she brings both experience and heart to her work. Her mission is deeply personal — to help overlooked potential homeowners achieve their dreams and to equip real estate professionals with the tools they need to thrive.

“As a mom, wife, and business leader, my mission has always been the same — to help people reach their highest potential,” Crystal shares. “Real estate and wellness have been my vehicles to serve and empower others.” Her commitment extends beyond the office, as one of her children is on the autism spectrum, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of compassion, patience, and advocacy.

A graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Communications and Media, Crystal is also a certified personal trainer who has launched a wellness platform called MWEFit.com that encourages families — men, women, and children — to work out together and prioritize their health.

Crystal’s long-term vision is clear: to open doors, create opportunities, and leave a legacy of empowered homeowners and thriving professionals in the real estate space.
