By calling the toll-free number at 877-833-5877 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm EST), a live person will provide personalized hair care advice and support to anyone in need — no cost, no judgment, just answers.
For decades, Angela has witnessed a troubling trend: countless Black women are silently losing their hair, often turning to friends, family, or nonprofessionals for guidance. Many salon-goers never receive the education they need to maintain healthy hair between visits, leaving them frustrated and without results. She created the hotline to change that.
“Early detection is key,” Angela says. “I want women to feel comfortable reaching out before they give up hope. You don’t have to figure it out alone.”
The free hotline is open to anyone — women and men alike — who has questions about their hair or scalp. Whether you’re dealing with alopecia, medication side effects, breakage, or simply don’t know your hair texture, Angela is ready to help. She offers real talk, real solutions, and real hope.
From explaining how protein and hydration affect growth to offering tips on how to wear glasses without losing hair, Angela covers it all. She believes that no single formula works for everyone, and her advice is tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Angela has been a member of the National Association for Hair Loss, but found that not all voices were welcome. Now, she’s building her own platform—one where everyone is heard, valued, and empowered. In addition to her product line, she owns and operates D’Serv Healthy Hair Care Salon in Bartlett, TN, where she spoils clients with care, inspiration, and confidence.
“I want to remove the shame from hair loss,” Angela shares. “If I can help even one person get their hair—and their confidence — back, it’s worth it.”
