Nationwide — Steffanie Rivers is making history. As the founder and CEO of TCB Drones, she became the first Black woman in Texas to register a drone academy. The drone industry is projected to generate billions in revenue in the coming years, yet one of its biggest gaps isn’t technology — it’s awareness. But visibility like this doesn’t happen by accident. After partnering with TeamVision Media, a Dallas-based communication and PR strategy firm, Steffanie didn’t change her business — she changed how her story was told. The strategy focused on connecting her work to a larger national conversation about representation in emerging industries.
