Ritz-Carlton, Houston Opens Up Luxury Residence Sales for the First Time, Starting at $3 Million

An iconic high-end hotel is ready to give the public a chance to own a piece of luxury with its new branded residence in Houston.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences is the latest to announce its condominiums are available to purchase, but future owners shouldn’t expect to move in just yet.

Public sales are now underway for the 45-story tower located at 2120 Post Oak Blvd. in the Uptown-Galleria district.

The development will include a Ritz-Carlton hotel featuring 156 guest rooms and suites, a 15,000-square-foot ballroom, and 35,000 square feet of dining venues, as well as 112 branded residences offered for whole ownership.

Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests are the developers behind the project, which will feature condominium residences priced from $3 million to more than $30 million.

“Houston has long held the economic depth and international business presence to support a project of this scale,” said Andrew Deiso, co-founder of Deiso Moss, in a press release. “This development reflects confidence in the city’s long-term trajectory and its ability to shine on a global stage.”

“This is not simply a new residential tower,” added Joe Cleary, founder of Cleary Interests. “It is a statement about where Houston stands today. The city has matured into a global business capital, and this project aligns its residential offering with that stature.”

Exclusive lifestyle

The new development will offer a limited collection of two- to four-bedroom homes and penthouses—ranging from 2,360 to 9,800 square feet.

Several of the tower’s residences have already been pre-sold.

Each residence will come with its own outdoor loggia, complemented by about 1.1 acres of planned outdoor space across the development.

The residences will feature a private amenity collection, anchored by a discreet residential arrival experience, indoor and outdoor pools, and a comprehensive wellness program. Roughly 27,000 square feet of residential amenities are currently planned.

The design can be previewed at the development’s $5-million-sales gallery—allowing would-be buyers to tour the model bathroom complete with a free-standing marble soaking tub and double vanity, and the oak-paneled model kitchen with Wolf, Sub-Zero, and La Cornue appliances.

Interiors are designed by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio and were inspired by the city’s historic post oak canopy and the green parklands along Buffalo Bayou.

Rottet integrated warm woods, limestone, marble, and bronze accents to create a setting that balances contemporary luxury with a distinctly regional character.

The tower’s art deco–inspired architecture is led by Pickard Chilton, which conceived a refined vertical silhouette informed by contemporary elegance and classical skyscrapers, emphasizing symmetry, proportion, and enduring materiality.

The façade balances glass and masonry to create depth and rhythm, establishing a disciplined architectural presence on the Uptown-Galleria skyline that’s designed to transcend shifting design trends.

The project is estimated to be completed by fall 2029.

Hotel-branded properties on the rise

The St. Regis Residences, Houston is another hotel-branded residential development in the pipeline in Houston, with groundbreaking expected this month. Additional projects include The Allen and the planned Birdsall tower.

“Branded residences have become a durable and recognized asset class,” said Andrew Wachtfogel, co-founder of Redeavor Group, which is leading sales and marketing efforts for The Ritz-Carlton Residences.

“Houston is entering this space at the right time, with the economic fundamentals and buyer profile to sustain long-term value,” Wachtfogel continued.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston are not owned, developed, or sold by Marriott International, but residents will have full access to the hotel’s 50,000 square feet of amenities—including dining, cultural, and spa offerings.
