The Goodtime State: Vice City Collection is described as a collector’s box full of premium items directly tied to the in-game universe, including Macca the Gator. But what’s really leaving a sour taste in gamers’ mouths is that, for the $399 price tag, the game isn’t included.

Could they have dropped a digital code on a piece of paper in there, right? Well, that’s what gamers on social media have been saying after learning the expensive collection will not feature the highly anticipated game.
According to reports, the collection’s high price is due to the Oakley shades, which allegedly cost more than the bundle.
Gamers have also compared the Vice City Collection to other Collector’s Editions from GTA V and Red Dead Redemption II. Pointing out how much better they were, with GTA V’s collector’s edition including the game.
