In a new report on Cuba, the State Department argued that Havana has become "the beating heart of a new and distinct kind of Marxism" – which the State Department calls "Third Worldism." Cuba is spreading this doctrine, per Secretary of State of Marco Rubio, with the explicit intent of fomenting revolution in America.
