Capitec Bank (Debt Review Department) are updating their system.
They are excited to see the new functionality and improved turnaround times in the weeks ahead.
There will, however, be a small interruption to some email features during the system upgrade, including no read receipts on emails this week.

Emails will still go through to them but there will be no read receipts provided (which are sometimes needed in court documents or in disputes).
Capitec Bank’s Debt Review Department recently made the transition away from taking telephone calls from Debt Counsellors and now focus on email as their primary source of communication.
Capitec have asked that Debt Counsellors do not freak out over this time period when they do not get the read receipts and just keep resending the emails over and over.
