NBA YoungBoy announced that he was expecting his thirteenth child but this has been denied by his partner, Yaya Mayweather.
On his latest song “This Month Confessions”, YoungBoy raps: “I’m that n-gga, I got hella dope / She don’t like that I make / Now Yaya pregnant, gotta make her get rid it / This ain’t the time, I told you, ‘No.’”
Shortly afterwards, Yaya denied that she was in fact pregnant, saying: “Idk where y’all getting this from but I’m not pregnant.”
She also posted a supportive message for YoungBoy: “I am so proud of you and everything you’ve been doing. No matter what keep going your strength and determination inspire me every day. i love you more than words could ever explain, and no matter how far away you go in the world i’ll always be here for you, cheering you on. you’re never alone.”
Last month, it was reported that YoungBoy was expecting his thirteenth child but with a different woman – Jazlyn Michelle – who the 25-year-old rapper married in 2023.
It has not yet been confirmed if Michelle is pregnant.
Away from his growing tribe of children, YoungBoy recently endorsed Donald Trump.
On his new album MASA’s third song “XXX”, the controversial rapper spits: “Whatever Trump doin’ / Bitch, it’s good for the young uns (all hail Trump).”
YoungBoy has more reason than most to be supportive of Trump given the president gave him a pardon earlier this year over his gun charges.
The controversial rapper had been sentenced to two years in prison for weapons possession but released in March to serve out home arrest.
YoungBoy still had time to serve on probation but will no longer have to abide by the conditions following the pardon from Trump.
YoungBoy said in a statement after news of the pardon was made public: “I want to thank President Trump for granting me a pardon and giving me the opportunity to keep building — as a man, as a father, and as an artist.”
Trump and the White House are yet to comment on the reasons behind the pardon but the Republican president does have a history of acting favorably towards rap stars, having previously pardoned Kodak Black and Lil Wayne.
